Verity Resources Advances Gold and Critical Minerals Exploration Across Three Mining Jurisdictions
Verity Resources Limited is an Australian mineral exploration company advancing a diversified portfolio of precious, base and critical mineral projects across Western Australia, Botswana and Brazil.
Headquartered in Western Australia, Verity Resources is pursuing a dual strategy focused on expanding its gold exploration footprint in the Laverton Goldfields while progressing critical metals opportunities in Botswana and rare earth element (REE) exploration in Brazil.
With global demand increasing for secure and diversified mineral supply chains, the company is undertaking targeted field programs, geophysical surveys, soil sampling and multi-phase drilling to evaluate and advance its exploration assets.
Company Background and Exploration Strategy
Verity Resources has structured its portfolio to provide exposure to both established Australian gold districts and emerging international critical minerals opportunities.
The company’s exploration strategy is centred on systematically identifying and defining mineralisation and establishing or upgrading mineral resource estimates through modern exploration techniques. These include geophysical mapping, geochemical sampling, diamond drilling and reverse circulation (RC) drilling.
Across its portfolio, Verity is exploring for a range of commodities, including gold, copper, silver, nickel, platinum group elements (PGE) and rare earth elements.
Flagship and International Projects
Verity Resources’ exploration portfolio spans three key mining jurisdictions.
Monument Gold Project — Western Australia
The Monument Gold Project is located in the Laverton Goldfields of Western Australia and hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate of 138,000 ounces of gold.
Recent exploration has focused on a 9-kilometre banded iron formation (BIF) corridor, where surface exploration and drilling have been used to test additional gold targets. The company has also identified intrusive targets, including the Korong Syenite, McKenzie Granite and Triton prospects.
Metallurgical gravity recovery test work on samples from the Waihi deposit achieved a reported 97% gold recovery, providing additional technical information for the company’s ongoing evaluation of the project.
Botswana Critical Metals Portfolio
In Botswana, Verity Resources is advancing a portfolio of critical metals targets covering copper, silver, nickel and platinum group elements.
The company has identified 23 exploration targets, including the Airstrip and Dibete copper-silver prospects.
Another significant asset is the Maibele North deposit, which contains a JORC-compliant Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.38 million tonnes grading 0.72% nickel and 0.21% copper.
Field exploration activities across the Botswana portfolio have recommenced following operational updates and target prioritisation.
